Create a free account
Set up your profile: name, firm, SRA ID, business address and practice areas. We check the SRA register before anything goes live.
We write, you sign off
Each month we draft a guide on a question your prospective clients are actually searching for. You correct it, approve it, and it publishes under your name.
Readers self-qualify
People who read your guide can run the CasePoint check: dates, limitation estimate, value band, evidence held. Only those who ask to be introduced go further.
You receive the report
A structured CasePoint Report — not a web form — with the reader’s consent to be contacted. You take the enquiry or pass.
Why subscription, not commission
A clean arrangement you can disclose in one sentence.
CasePoint charges a flat monthly subscription. We take no share of your fees, no payment per enquiry, and no referral fee of any kind. That keeps the arrangement outside the LASPO referral-fee regime, outside FCA claims-management activity, and simple to disclose to a client under the SRA Code — “the firm pays a fixed listing fee to the platform that introduced you.”
Our practice areas are deliberately limited to commercial & contract disputes and professional negligence. We do not take personal injury, clinical negligence, employment, housing disrepair or financial mis-selling enquiries.
What we need from you
- An SRA-regulated firm (solicitors only during the pilot), with your SRA ID
- A business address, shown with your SRA ID at the foot of every page carrying your content
- Confirmation of professional indemnity cover
- About an hour a month to review and sign off your guide
- A commitment to respond to introduced enquiries within two working days
Contributing without subscribing
Firms are welcome to contribute guides without a subscription. Unsubscribed contributions are published anonymously — “a solicitor on the CasePoint panel” — with no byline, author box or enquiry routing. Subscribe at any time and your name goes on.
